I am a visual artist graduated from the Francisco José de Caldas University. My research and artistic practice focus on interpretations of my experiences in areas of the Colombian-Venezuelan border, addressing situations related to illegal trade, fuel smuggling, and migration. I have received various recognitions, including first place in the 11th Young Art Salon of Club El Nogal (2021), the Painting Prize at the XXIII Salon of Tenjo (2023), and the Prize at the Kinetic Art Salon of UPB (2024). Among my recent exhibitions are the group exhibition PÍNTELA, at the San Juan Bosco Public Library, Mosquera-Cundinamarca (2024); the group exhibition Pan Nuestro, at the University of Tolima (2023); and the solo exhibition Entre lonas y petróleo, at the University of Seville, Spain (2022). Recently, in 2025, I was selected for the La NAVE Grant/Residency, awarded in the framework of the Oxígeno Fair in Paraguay.
